Apple! I bought an Ipod last December and also bought a 1 year no-questions-asked replacement policy with it. The policy costed me $27.00 Well, what do you know, I needed it. My Ipod decided I suck and quit working. I took it back and in less than 5 minutes I was walking out of there--with a new Ipod photo! That's some good customer service right there...
