I have the blue stickered 02/03 Dorado with the following internal in the damper leg. I have tried the bleeding process (taking locknut off, removing piston needle and piston body inc. indent ballbearing, filling and bleeding etc before replacing it all). I have now reassembled the fork only to find that there is a strange sticky point and then what sounds like the spring in the piston unit (same leg) slipping back suddenly (like a "doing").
Can anyone help? I believe I have done everything correct as per the bleeding instructions I found on answerproducts.com.
Thanks in advance!
