Hey I just got a 2004 Manitou Flick and it was shipped with X-Firm springs. I only weigh like 150-160lbs, so I figure the medium spring would be better. But I was wondering how to switch the springs. I went to the Manitou site and it looks like all I need to do is take off the travel adjust knob and pull out the spring and put the new one in, then put the travel adjust knob back on. Is it that easy or should I take it to a shop. Thanks.
