hey,
I have a set of manitou sherman breakout forks....i got a flat and need to obviouslly remove my tire. i havent taken it off since i built the bike...the 6mm. allen bolt on the end of my 20mm axel WILL NOT COME LOOSE!! i turn it to the left with an insane amount of force and it will jump a little making a loud noise and sparks shoot out....so i turn it to the right and the same happens....how can i get this thing to come off? please help ASAP!

More than likely, it broke in half because it wasn't greased and was put on with too much force in the first place. Bolts of that size don't usually break in half unless they were mishandled when they were put in.

Lots of grease next time, and make sure you torque it to the recommended specs in the manual.
