dont do it they are different and will sit funky on the spring perch. That will then let the spring bind sideways as mine did and rub the shock body.
Hmmm. I've never had a problem with mine. The 'shock guy' I bought the spring from did give me a slightly shorter stroke spring than what was on my shock. He said that was the equivelant. Maybe that's why it hasn't had any problems?
