i have a stance flow on a freeride bike. im planning on replacing it for obvious reasons. if its possible i would like to shorten the travel to 4" and put it on my ht. anybody done this or have any info on how to do it.

1. cut down your spring
2. make a spacer to limit fork extention. put this where the neg spring is, if it has one.
