Did the search thing, did not find what i needed.
maybe you guys can help.

Rebound valve assembly came apart.
Not too much damage.

but i need to put it back and i am not sure about the order of things

I found this image in the tech service Manual.

Here is what i have

- a spring
- the valve
- a washer
- shim stack. ( 1 with a bigger I.D.)
- and the nut.

i think the order from the shaft to the nut is

- spring , the bigger I.D. Shim, the valve, the shim stack , the washer and finally the nut.

Any of you have any clue ?

Thanks
Nick

I haven't got a travis but I have played with the TPC+ pistons and the configuration of yours looks pretty conventional (ie. the same).

So the order of things will be (from left to right in your pic)...

- spring
- 1x large shim (enough to cover all ports on face of piston, I think you called the piston the valve but it's called a piston). this shim is for the one-way valve, and it usually has a larger ID than the rest of the shims.
- piston (this will have a correct orientation, show us pics of both sides if you're unsure)
- shim stack, start at largest diameter and end at smallest diameter
- the washer
- the nut

If you're still unsure just get pics of the parts laid out (flat) with a pic of both sides of the piston and it should be easy to confirm. Hope that helps.

Edit - sorry, I just saw the order you gave, and it sounds like you got it right yourself. Nice work. :)

Piston orientation will be easy cause the bigger I.D. Shim can only go one way.
I called it a "valve" probably cause i was thinking "check valve" or as you say one-way valve.

Other than this little miss hap... the fork as been going great.

Thanks
