I have an older copy of DeLorme's Topo USA and always get bitched off when it fails to have data for Canada.

Is there any equivalent software that includes coverage inside and outside outside U.S. borders?

The Canadians charge for their mapping data, unlike the U.S. Thats why there are fewer commercial products available for Canada.
