Word from Garmin is that yesterdays sprint aggravated his wrist to the point that it was too painful to ride today.
I hear he lost his transition lens glasses and refused to ride.
Dean should have just sat up in front of Cav.
We need to teach some good ole' boys to sprint instead of driving around in race cars sponsored by detergent manufacturers. They would have wrecked into Cav on purpose, just to make a point
That head butting was no big deal. Even Dean said as much. It didn't help of course but I think it was move to the left that pinched off Farrar that was the reason for the DSQ or what put it over the edge. Renshaw is known as a safe sprinter that does not do things like that intentianaly and he said he did not realize farrar was there. That may be, but I think that he should have known Farrar or someone else would be there and not deviated as much as he did.
Watch Farrar's line too and you'll see him all over the damn road too.
McEwan's take was interesting. He thought the head butt was nothing but the move to the left was DSQ worthy. But he also said that they should have taken the win from Cav as that is the only way to stop this overagressive riding by leadout guys that don't care if they win or place.
