You guys are bringing nothing new to the table, and i leave for australia in a couple hours.

Stay high.
Yeeaap.... take your toys and run home :D :D :D j/k

But seriously... I did a search for LaGuardia (the NYC mayor whose study concluded Marijuana didn't lead to harder drugs) and Francis (the first name of the DEA judge who said MJ was basically harmless) and no older posts concerning the topic came up so I'm guessing you overlooked my post when you said nothing new was brought to the table

Point taken though, the topic has been dragged out quite a bit. I can respect some people not supporting decriminalization (I just happen to think it's because they're not objectively looking at the facts :) )

Manimal says:

"Drugs that alter the state of ones mind (non-medicinal) are simply a crutch for social poosies that haven't the intestinal fortitude to deal with life's stress in a non-destructive manner"

no..i'm not kidding. yes, i'm in a bad mood from reading court cases all day where habitual drug users get a slap on the wrist and are returned back to the streets. flame away.

I honestly don't know anymore.
Who wants to hear my view on what the sentences should be for drug offenders?

Dealers: 1st offense, jail time. 2nd offense, death.
Users: 1st offense, jail time, rehab. 2nd offense, more jail time, rehab, 3rd offense, death.

Flame on.
