Hey folks,

I've got a 2003 DJ2 that I'd like to bring down to 80mm travel. I've seen it done, but I don't know what was involved. Any insight on kits available or how to go about it would be greatly appreciated!

Can you drop them to 80? All I thought they had was the 110 kit.

If you want 80mm travel just make your spacers 50mm long.
I'd say for 80mm travel you'll need stiffer,shorter springs.You could add air pressure but I really hate having to check it every ride.

Schweeeeet. Wow, that's too easy. Definitely gonna get some stiff ass springs for that.. don't need plush for street anyway. Just want to take the edge off.
