I have a Dirt Jumper 2, 2004, 6 inches version that came oem on a specialized I am having troubles making my rebound speed up it does not have enough time between multiple hits to extend. I have change the oil twice with 5 weight fork oil and the correct amount of oil and the rebound still is very slow, other then the rebound the fork is great.

check www.marzocchi.com and see if that fork even has adjustable rebound, if it doesn't lighter weight oil will do the trick. If you want even less rebound you can drill out the ports in the cartridge, but unless you know what you're doing I'd recommend less permanant changes.
ya it has internal rebound ajustment. but thats still very easy to get at
