Anyone have any experiences with this fork? I weigh 220 and was wondering if it would be ok.

A buddy of mine has one on his specialized pee bike.

It actually works pretty well. I like the bolt on stanchions...........just in case something ever breaks.

What about the rebound? My 05 d-street with 15 psi in each leg tops out horribly!! Does the dj urban have this same issue?

15psi in each leg? I couldn't even move the damn thing if I ran that much. There are top out springs in the Marz. forks but maybe you need stronger ones?

some heavier wt. oil would help too, maybe adjust the rebound??

There's no rebound adjustment on the 05 d-street. I hear from specialized that the dj urban has external rebound and marzocchi tells me its internal? What is the truth?

It has the adjustment knob on the bottom of the right leg. At least on mine it does.

Even if it doesn't you could use heavier oil than the stock to slow things down.
