I've got a 2007 Marzocchi Dirt Jumper 3 fork that came OEM on my STP1. Im not sure what the oil level is, the best info i could find is 160ml on RHS, and 7.5ml on LHS of 7.5weight fork oil. Is this correct?

The other question i had, was how can i stiffen it up? It has the spring screw, as well as the Air preload apparently. I screwed the spring screw down all the way, and put 15psi in the preload (pretty sure its holding pressure), but i still bottom out....How do i fix this?

Not sure if you can buy a stiffer spring but I think that you can try a 10wt oil instead of the 7.5wt to stiffen it up a bit. Not real sure about that one either though. I am rebuilding my 07 DJ III as we speak too.

Your using a shock pump and not a tube pump? The psi should do it... or you got a problem. If you only have one air cap, you might look at getting one for the other leg...
