Hey Brian, I was just told the other day on the phone by one of your fellow employees that the upgrades could only be done for forks that are either too old to repair or they are broken and cannot be fixed. What's the word this week?

i want some 98-00 z1 parts....
A friend of mine who now owns my old z1 broke the compression damper 'bolt" piece that fixes it to the lowers. Everything else is fine and he's already bought a new one. PM me if you're serious about parts. I know he doesn't want to spend the money to fix it.

.......I had actually done this "upgrade" abouit 6 months ago. I was led to believe that it applies only to the forks with the 30mm stanchions. Also, only the models that were seemingly intended for 'abuse'. They were trying to get everyone "hucking" the 30mm onto a safer platform (32mm).

If you have a 30mm stanchion Z1, Z3, Z3.5, or Z5, you can take advantage of this program. Regardless of the condition.

Other than the Cryo-fit models that were breaking... how many people really have problems with thes forks that a 32mm stanchion will solve?

I've done some stupid Shiet with mine and never had a problem... such as:
