Dunno much about it, but I'm picking one up tomorrow for the hardtail. Anyone run one or have praise or horror stories?

If that's what the shop has to offer, that is better than the DO II we talked about, I think. I think the damping carts are better anyway.

no the Z1 series is very nice. other then the Z1 drop off. thats a good decently light and well working fork. enjoy

Seems to be pretty similar to the recent drop-off models: SSV with air preload. Maybe it's a bit lighter. In any case, should work fine for most types of riding. Reasonable weight, reliable etc.
