I just recently put a 2003 Z1 FR QR20 on my bike and the seller (trader in this case) said it came with heavy springs installed, but he also sent me extra springs (I think mediums) that are black in color. Are these indeed medium springs? I think the current springs are a little stiff for my weight and I want to give the extra set a try, but I want a little confirmation on what type of springs they might be.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. This could be the perfect week to get this done, since rain is in the forecast quite a bit.
