Hey I just wanted to give a public THANK YOU to Matt @ Diablo.
YOU ROCK!!

I went thru 3 rental bikes; a brake bleed and new pads today, and Matt just kept smiling and putting up with my newbness and pestering and was a true gentleman the whole time; actually apologizing to me for the bike mechanical failure.
