i've got a 05/06 Pike Team with a maxle. when i put on my marzocchi 20mm hub front wheel and cinch down the maxle, i still get some wobble. it appears to be originating from the hub spacers on either side of the hub body. i've been told that i need to get a hub with a solid 20mm axle, like a chris king to eliminate this problem.

does anyone else had this problem? i'm also wondering if this maybe solved with a new version maxle instead of buying a new front (and more expensive) front hub.

I have an '05 pike it's always felt like there's been play when I have my wheel mounted (Hadley 20mm hub). I know it's not the hub. My guess has always been it's a tolerance issue between the hub and he "maxle" axle.

If anyone knows if there's a solution to this, please share
