you should see my basement. there's at least 20 tires down therescurban said:different subject, but is anyone else besides me a tire hoard? I currently have 1 set of arrows, 1 set of maxxis' and 3 sets of kenda k-rads

Wait until you get a tire sponsor. Once you can afford to run new tires at every race, you end up with stacks of tires in the basement.squarewheels said:you should see my basement. there's at least 20 tires down there
You got it right on that, I've got 10 sets of kenda's DH tires on the way, 2 sets of new Maxxis roads, about 10 new DH/XC/4X tires stashed up. Hopefully with the Kenda ones I won't be dumping sets of tires into the dumpter after a race trip, with all the neighbors shaking there heads.buildyourown said:Wait until you get a tire sponsor. I met I have 30-40 easy.
mobius said:It's a tire who cares? Why would you not run a tire because of a 1/4 inch wide stripe around the outside of the tire that gets covered in mud anyway. it's not like you can see the stripe while riding.
