Heh.
I said ‘shafts’.
Anyhoo, I have a pile of Fox (‘19-20, 34 and 36) airshafts that somehow separated from their bags. Anyone have some tips on how to definitively size them, maybe with a pic or two?
Not sure where to measure them from/to.

Thanks!

and curious how this ends up in the No Context thread.

Not a one. I got the info I needed from Fox, tech rep said it was one of his most annoying frustrations (no part numbers anywhere on internal parts).
And the measurement was not intuitive.
For example, the shaft length for a 160 was 213mm, IIRC.
but hey, anyone need any 34 130, 150, or 160 airshafts?
or a 36 160mm airshaft?
cheep?

Measure from the base to the tip. This is a good time to remove any crud off the shaft that wasn't cleaned up by the lip seal.
