hey all. i was comparing geometry tables for an (M) Yeti ASX and a (L)SC Bullit.
**
L BULLIT -23.8 TT, 5.1" HT, 17" CS, 19" ST, 43" WB, 68-69.3 HA/69-70.3 SA
M ASX -23.0 TT, 4.5" HT, 17" CS, 19" ST, 43.5 WB, 66-67 HA/68-69 SA

My question, coming from a large Bullit that fit me very well, is whether i can assume that the medium ASX will fit me similarly? There are no ASX's in my area to try but i am always wary of using geomtry tables for sizing because they are not always right and there are always small variables. Any advice or riders with experience on a these two frames would be great. thanks

I think the medium ASX fits more like a medium Bullit than a large. The top tube is a little longer on the medium ASX and the WB is longer because of the HT angle versus the medium Bullit, but I think the large Bullit would feel bigger because of the taller HT and longer top tube.

Also, i should clarify that when i say "fit" i mean when standing and aggressivly riding during jumps/DH the bike as opposed to a seated position (as long as i get full leg extension im ok). thanks for the reply.

To clarify, I basically meant all around fit. I'm 5'9" and I owned the medium in both bikes. The longer/taller front end on the large Bullit is going to be evident whether you are sitting or riding aggressively. Personally, I wouldn't go for the large Bullit unless I was 6' or taller. Hope this helps.
