For everyone on the West Coast, there was only 1 winner of the $315,000,000 jackpot. Apparently, the winning ticket was sold at a liquor store in Anaheim. In addition to the winner, the owner gets a $1 million bonus for doing nothing more than charging $12 for asprin and selling the winning ticket...
