yup, and it will work fine for any type of riding for anybody that weighs between 100 and 250 lbs, also comes with a bridge and some nice swamp errr vacation-land.

The RTC model has the following adjustments:
-climb switch
-open low speed compression
-low speed rebound

it works well.
