What @SkaredShtles said. I get 20 carbs per day. There are massive nutritional gaps in my diet that are being tracked and filled by the nutritionist. Fruits and vegetables are awesome! And I can't eat most because they contain too much net carbs. A small handful of raspberries is 25% of my daily carb intake. A fucking banana, which isn't very sweet, is 5 carbs over for the day. A whole bunch of the random, tropical fruits I could eat have specific compounds that can cause specific side effects to my meds, like more kidney stones.

This is the stuff that she is tracking and isolating out of my diet. A normal keto diet would not help me. I have had to start eating foods that I specifically dislike, because it fills a very specific aspect of my dietary needs.
