N8 really is scrounging for news if you're looking at the Arizona freaking Republic!

Nice beat down though. I get at least 6 low flying helicopters per night in my hood and just chalk it up to living in the 7th largest American city.

I live by Luke AFB and I have the same F-16s flying overhead everyday and it doesn't bother me a bit. I just think of it as the sound of freedom.

Having attended (but not graduated from) the University of Vermont I have also enjoyed such air shows, namely the Green Mountain Boys, an F-16 guard squadron. Nothing beat the time I saw a single-file full afterburner take off just as it was getting dark. Kicked serious ass. Another time my econ professor has to stop his lecture b/c of the noise. Even the windows were shaking. Harley owners who like loud pipes have nothing on a jet!
