Can't really say I'll be mourning his passing. Not really the worst dictator ever but perhaps the most cynical. Young-uns on the Monkey won't know but in the early-mid 90's he was the bogeyman. Those proper bastards in Serb controlled Bosnia are the ones who really should pay though, Karadzic and Mladic . We seem to forget too easily.
