It's the last one for the season!

Come volunteer just a couple of hours to support the trails by giving something back! Our goal is to complete the rock wall and need muscles -- MTB-muscles!! Our goal is have 15 volunteers -- so REALLY think about joining.

Thursday, September 17, we'll meet at Windy Saddle on Lookout Mountain Road at 5:30pm.

Our plan is to work on Chimney Gulch Trail, just below the road.

Robert Mutch will be the crew leader.

COMBA is proudly sponsoring the event. We'll have cool refreshments and BBQ brats after the work.

We'll have some cool Powerade and refreshments before and after the work. We still have some swag to give-away.

Bring water, gloves and dress for the weather.

Please visit www.minicrew.org or email mini-crew@earthlink.net for more information and pre-registration.

If you're interested, a few plan to join a 'pre-ride' starting from the Windy Saddle trail head. We're meeting at 4:00pm. Bring your bike and come ride with us!

So how cool is all that?!!

And yes, the refreshments involve BEER... but trying to be PC.

If you need to, I'm sure we could put together a song and dance for your entertainment upon request!!

FYI Mini-Crew:
The mini-crew program is designed as an "after-work-couple-of-hours" trail session.

The trail days fall on the 3rd Thursday of every month.

We focus on specific tasks assigned by JCOS that support the trail maintenance activities for the JCOS work crews and staff. The trail work provides mtbers active participation to support and maintain the trail systems as well as spread good will to all trail users we encounter.
