I know this has been discussed before but I used the search and can not find it.....

Which combo is better for all around DH/FR? The minion front in the front and rear?

Or the minion rear in the front and rear?

i run the minion 2.5s Fr/Rr appropriately as Fr/Rr. they hook up well and shed mud well. they're a great combo...on par with the michelins. even the 60duro version ride well

I have started running the Minion DHR front and rear and I like it much better than the DHFs, but try them yourself and see what you like.

BTW our current conditions are reall dry and hardpack with some loose over hardpack.

I slapped a rear on the front out of necessity but now it is going to stay there.
I have heard others say that usign the f f&r doesn't work as well.

just to complicate things, i've heard of people running the minion F on both ends as well..

(my slow reezays, in both front and rear, will be here on thursday! mmm. maybe i'll run the front on the rear and vice versa just to confuse everyone a bit more)

I have ridden the DHFs front and rear and the DHRs front and rear and I PERSONALLY like the DHRs front and rear better.

My current setup is the dhf's front/rear.
Lots of grip in corners and braking.

dhr seems to be very good braking in rear w/ but slower rolling for me in rear.

lower the pressure and let them do their job!!
