-3oz 190-proof Everclear (the monster hitman bottle makes a good measuring cup)
-12oz Sprite
*optional* -1oz spiced rum

Comes out a glowing green color.

-1 splash Orange Juice
-1 oz. Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum (I like it with the 100-proof)

If I'm not going the single malt route, these are my go to cocktails:

In the winter: The Burnt Bulleit Old Fashioned
In a shaker, add:
-2 parts Bulleit Bourbon
-0.5 parts simple syrup (equal parts brown sugar and water)
-juice from half a lemon
-3 dashes Angostura bitters
Shake with ice. Pour into tumbler over light ice; take orange peel, squeeze through flame over top of drink.

In the summer: The Bee's Knees (formerly the Dog's Bollox)
In a shaker, mix:
-2 parts Plymouth Gin (and only Plymouth, btw)
-3/4 parts honey+water mixture (in equal parts)
-1/2 parts fresh lemon juice
-1 part lavender tea (steep lavender blossoms for 10-20 minutes in hot water)
Add a handful of mint leaves and muddle them at the bottom. Shake with ice, and pour over light ice in a tumbler, or straight into a cocktail glass.
