I wasnt aware that there was an MK frameset. I thought only the Sunday, Azure, and 7 points came as frames. If they in fact do come as a frame then im all over that idea. Post here if you find anything out.

From what I remember reading was initially the MKIII will not be in a frame but later on in 2005 they will do a run of them. I think I read that a few days ago right here on RM.

1399 for a Porter frame? Yeesh I hope that's a typo!

They will be available as a Frame only and in only one color - black. I heard somewhere around $1,300 MSRP for the frame, but I'm not 100 percent certain on that price.

The Mark 111 is available as a frameset for $1299 plus a $100 towards parts,shipping etc.
It also comes with a thomson post,orbit integrated headset and clamp
I didn't get a chance to ride it but if it works like the 7. it should be a great performer and a less expensive alternative to the 5.5 and 5 spot and can take 145mm fork so it should be a tad stronger than some bikes in it's class(a blur for instance has a 100mm fork max) and the team will use them for 4x.
The Porter is indeed $1399 but includes a Sherman Jumper 80mm fork, FSA Orbit Z Headset, SIC Stem.That's the Sherman not the Stance($$$).
