I reminded myself of the simple joys of fresh lime margaritas last week in Utah.

Nothing but fresh lime juice, 100% agave tequila (Don Eduardo Reposado in this case), and a splash of Cointreau over ice. Everything I want in a mixed drink: Refreshing, tasty, and potent. Yum!!
