Winters on the M. In-laws here and they are driving the Subaru, so I need a car I can drive in near freezing rain. M on summers is not that.

Here.

Ate something funky yesterday that my gut has decided to not agree with this morning. This is me not doing anything for the rest of the day beyond tasks around the house and spending time on the toilet... Great use of my limited remaining vacation time. Yeah!

I've been thinking about that ride I had with Toshi a few weeks back and how sketchy the Yeti felt. It was my first real ride since I put the shorter stem and wider bars on. I swapped the stem down 5mm and rode it around a bit, and it still felt off. I'm starting to think that the 15mm shorter stem fuxored my cockpit, wider bars be damned.

So some serious talk. Just ordered new new braces. Had to take measurements and such in different spots on my legs as they are a semi custom fit. Should be here in a week. I am hoping these can help out with the knee pain/issues and out of a rebuild a bit linger. If they don't, then unfortunately I will have to be making an appointment with the doctor for potential surgery

He also has an old-geometry frame, I bet. What's the reach on it, @stoney ?

is it more the fitment (ergonomics) or the handling? what's the offset on your fork?
Handling felt off, but I wasn't comfortable on the bike. I wasn't centered, or at least didn't feel that way.

I've always run a really long cockpit. My DH bike had a 75mm.
