it was definetely Bacon egg and cheese time
I got 2lbs of deli bacon last night with some perfect tomatoes. BLT on potato bread

I picked up some little rings that i use to make egg mcmuffins with. Perfect size to fit in an english muffin.

buddy of mine cut the bottom off a large coffee tin, made for a perfect sized ring to drop the egg into.
I like mine nice and sloppy though.
I use a biscuit cutter. Sticks a little on the sides, but the size is spot on.

I am a fan of most major pork products. Sausage is tasty, though (had mega hot Italian for dinner).
