Hey I lift about three times a week for football after school and I just bought some protein powder. What is a good way to mix it that I can just leave in my car during the day or something. I live in northern wisconsin so it will kind of act like a refrigerator so i can do just about anything.

i have some small mason jars from homemade jam that I use as portable protein shake containers... Theyre glass, but wash easily and seal well. shake it up with some milk and I'm good to go.

Hmmm kinda forgot about this post. My original idea behind it was to get like some good things to mix the powder with so it does't taste like raw sewage...but i did like the blender bottle idea and picked up one of those, it works great, but the shake still tastes horrible...any suggestions??

Just get this shaker cup, It is insulated and will hold ice for over 30 hours! also the kitchen grade stainless steel bottle does not absorb odor.
