Happy Monday! My back MIGHT be slowly feeling better. I'm not sure. I am resisting cortisone injections but will reconsider in a couple weeks. I hopped on the spin bike for 30 min Saturday and it didn't seem to hurt any worse than normal. I can't reach the handlebars though...I have to sit straight up.

    Afternoon.

Crombie1 and I meet up with Mudgirl and her Cycle-CNY group for an XC ride yesterday. I definitely realized that I'm still not 100% over my cold yet. I thought my lungs were going to explode
