720 miles in one weekend. yup, its downhill season.

Weekend killed me - BMX race Sat in the heat with kid...did not want to go to his main due to the heat but he stuck it out), hella lawn & house work afterwards, etc and so on.

for some reason it feels like I didn't have a weekend, oh yeah I did work all weekend. I love working 12 straight days ( on day 8 today)....
Morning. First official day of summer vacation here! Had a good time catching up with Echo last night and today I'm working on figuring out a build for Sq-Earl's new bike (shhhh....it's a surprise LOL) for our 15th wedding anniversary (I'm gonna go ahead and get myself one too

Rode Golden Gate Canyon yesterday. Almost kilt me.
'Morning. Wife and I ran the Boston Athletic Association 10K road race yesterday. I set a personal best time for the distance (47:36). Knee, schmee. Splat was there and took a lot of pics then we had breakfast. Good times.

Went to a kite festival yesterday. My sister navigated us 2 hours out of our way. I fired her as the navigator. Today BigT and I are going to OMSI. The touchy-feely science museum in Portland.

Fairly uneventful weekend for me. Did some cleaning up around the house and had some beers on our friend's deck Saturday night.
This damn humidity needs to stop. At least there is a decent breeze today.
