Shut up and Ride
spin class yesterday...........


one part of yesterdays routine...........5 sec intervals

crank up the tension & get hr up to 80% for a couple minutes.........

then 5 sec seated sprint, 5 sec normal cadence, 5 sec standing sprint, 5 seated norm, 5 seated sprint, 5 seated norm, 5 stand & sprint.........repeat way too many times............Holy F did that hurt!!

Sounds painfully fun. :) Those quick "jumps" always lay a hurtin' on me.
