bit wet here this weekend. I live in one of the areas shown in dark red. I have to take the camper off the truck during my luch break so I can drop the truck off at the dealer for an emissions recall on the PCM programming after work. Such fun.

Morning Monkies! I will be checking in at work today for 4 hours. I won't be doing much since I won't have access to anything until tomorrow but I do look forward to going back.

9 hours of sleep last night and sunshine today, what could be better?

Howdy all. Wife is finally applying for jobs in earnest, I think. About time after me supporting her for 9 years and now on the hook for her huge student loans...

Efff electronics, computers and anything that breaks!

Broken projector in the main boardroom at this building. Scrambled this morning, ripped another one out of a small meeting room and then had to hunt down one of those odd allen keys with a security nub in the middle. Got that sucker up and mounted before todays meetings started. Too bad the adjustment crap on the mount head requires the adjustment of literally 10 screws. So I left that thing tilted to the side and not aimed very well. Could not give any more shits about it.

Also it is friggin' hot inside the factory at this building today.

Time to poop and then grab a coffee.

Mornin!

Made it to round 2 of interviews, this time on site. Oooo. Would be nice if this worked out, the position sounds intellectually stimulating.

Also got in a ride yesterday and while fun, it was amazing how pathetic my conditioning is right now. Just completely sad.

Btw, @Nick, pizza and beer to use your truing stand? My wheels sounded like someone was playing a harp the entire ride.

Hello. 2500 yard swim this morning at a 1:59/100 yard avg pace, which is the first time I've cracked the 2:00 barrier. I'm still pretty damn slow though, but improving.

Couple days skiin at Crusty Butt. Saturday was full-on spring conditions. They need snow. Pretty $hitty coverage. Made for... interesting access to Banana/Funnel. Sunday was really wet snow, but conditions were much improved.

Of course this morning they are reporting 8" in 24 and I have to go to work.

Fucking weather.

Bike-related content: Really need to get my bike into the shop to get fork overhauled.

Wife-job-related content: Wifee accepted new position (voluntarily out of work since last June) that starts April 1st. Feel tycoon-living coming on soon again!

Fukitol. Long ride towing Haley yesterday (Aspen Grove to Confluence Park for locals). Over 2 hours on bike time, which she was great with. Once we got to REI, we wandered around the store and to Starbucks for her to get some moving time. Blue's Clues ftw.

Couldn't sleep last night, so I was up into 1am and woke for work at 6am. //== - Now work.

Sitting in the waiting room post-vasectomy. I think the most uncomfortable part was shaving the twig and berries last night.

Wet and blah day today, but went for a good ride yesterday. Rode a fun new trail with some jumps on it. More jumps than I remembered from my recon walk a couple weeks ago. Bigger too. Scared the crap out of myself. The fresh suspension tune likely saved my bacon...

Ridiculous mud ride during the storm on Saturday. Made me wish for spikes and tear-offs. Minions are not mud tires, it was a battle just to stay upright.

Now you can ride your lady like a porn star. No hair and no protection. Too bad you're out of commission for a bit.

Morning Monkeys.

Had a pretty good weekend with the little ginger. Got him a soccer ball and he is digging it. Youth soccer camp tonight, should be a lot of fun. We averaged 45 kids a night during the free month and Simon said last year there was about a 50% drop after the free month. This year we have 39 kids signed up this month and at least 75% of them paid for the full 3 months of the training camp. Nearly double the kids they had last year, so there should be a good group of kids going into the summer youth soccer season.

I'd have a lot of work to do to go hairless... I've got hair from my head to my toes!

Watching Narcos on Netflix now. Not bad.

Soul hurting kind of tired today. Looking forward to going home and sleeping. It's currently dumping snow. Was raining up until 15min ago. Drive home today should be interesting.

PR girl went back to IL to see b/f and was supposed to be back this morning on the red eye. She's generally really responsive to texts and email, but hasn't responded to my text asking how things went. She did however respond to a group email about getting a bunch of other ski team friends together next weekend while I'm in Tahoe. This doesn't seem positive, but I really hope it is, as she's 100% into him

Bla bla bla some girl's drama. Bla bla bla emails bla bla while I'm in Tahoe. Bla bla more girl drama
I'm hoping to get a ski weekend in next weekend. What resort are you riding?

Nice job. Local IMBA chapter chieftains would implode if someone did that here. #newenglandpussies
These trails get stomped to death and shit on by cows every day so it's hard for anyone to care about a few tire tracks. The trails that get maintained are definitely off limits during storms.
