Hey People

I did a search but nothing that really nailed down what i wanted turned up

I just brought a new Mondraker Summum, 2011 version coming off an M6.

Wanted to know...

-Good spring rate for a 88Kg/196lbs rider geared up?
-Good bace setting for the RC4.

(Im not really a fan of the fox shock, LOL only because i hate having to put air in the system and all of mine leaked air. But im hoping this one changes my mind. )

Any help would be awesome. in turn, once i get some time on the bike i try and help back. Cheers

your spring should be around the 400lbs mark, im a few kgs more then you in full gear, and a 350 is too soft, and a 450 is a bit too much

Deano, what base settings did you work from? Any help on that would be great
