Will a 03 Top crown -integrated stem- Fit on 2002's ?
I'm hoping maybe they are the same offset ?
Or would you have to replace all 3 {arch,lower/steerer & upper ??

I went through this too . . . you have to have BOTH the upper and lower crowns from an 03 or later to make it work. As you said, they have a different offset than the 02s. I still think that it's a great upgrade. I love the integrated stem!

Really? I have an '02 Monster with the tall drop crown that also came with an extra '03 integrated stem top crown. The only thing I noticed using the '03 was that because it is (drop forged?) vs. CNC'd, it fit a little bit more snugly. I ended up trading my '03 top crown for the tallest CNC'd drop crown. I still have the shorter '02 drop crown in my parts bin.
