Just curious if any of you monkeys went to Laguna Seca this weekend. Good times to be had...... got to see the ferarri test driver hotlap last years f1 car, the usual boatload of one-of-a-kind cars, hot chicks, personal rides, and c-list celebs. The Renown 787b reving to high hell 2 feet in front of me, and the Chrysler supercar prototype doing a burnout in front of me through the parking lot (gotta nice pic of that). Not to mention the high speed bomb down hwy101 / 1 from Seattle to the Monterey Peninsula and back in the MG. Left a lot of Yokohama rubber on the western coast of the US this year.

Didn't go, but I saw dozens and dozens of Ferraris and a couple Lambos (even a Murcielago!) on the highway here heading up there. Quite a sight, even if a lot of them were driving like dicks. Passing on a blind corner = bad! Money doesn't make you invincible! :nope:

Damn, I'm pissed at myself for not going. Im living about 10 minutes from Laguna Seca for the summer, but didn't want to shell out the $50 for a Sunday ticket. Needless to say, also didn't want to pay the $125 for the Concours. Saw lots of sweet cars on the highway, though (360 stradale, rolls phantom, db9). Would've liked to see the ferrari taking laps. Any Enzo sightings? Schumacher wasn't driving the ferrari, was he?

There were 2 Enzos (10x cooler in person) in the car corral on sat, none on sunday, and a Race f50, as well as an f40, the new ferarri (660 scaglietti???) 3 gallardos, 1 Murcilago, an alpina Z8, and on and on and on..... There was even a Vector m12, which was hideous. And if you need confirmation that Karma exists, you should see some of the tools that are passing you on blind corners. I got a Good chuckle looking at most of the goofballs decked out cheesy leather ferarri jackets, red shorts and bright red shoes, with their implant sporting, leather skinned bimbo wives. Not to mention all the tools sporting ferrari driving shoes, or those retarded filas/ferarri basketball shoes. as i said to my dad, we should have walked around the pits in chrome sidi clipless shoes, as it would be just as nonsensical. I did talk to lots of cool / friendly people there too.
