6/28-Moose Hollow

Go-Ride's burn in of the Moose Hollow trail above Parley's Summit.

Top, after a nice 30 minute hike-a-bike and schlep.

All in all, tough, but good DHey ride. I was begging for a bike with a much higher BB thanks to all the downed logs and crap on the trail, but it has a TON of potential to be killer.

Parley's canyon summit is where you dump off to begin the push up a fireroad to some microwave towers on top of the hill (to the north of I-80). After that, it's a brief flat XC ride to the "trialhead". You wouldn't be able to find it without someome who's been there before, and it's easy to lose the "trail" whilst riding. It needs a chainsaw...
