it was some large inflatable thing sitting in the water. it was pointing in the right direction for the photo.

Your photos make me want to go to Europe in a big way - too bad the dollar is so bad compared to the Euro/Pound these days. ugh.

there are still bargains to be had in the central and eastern european countries...think czech republic, hungary, croatia, poland...and you can find bargains in portugal, certain regions of spain and italy, and greece. you will get mauled in places like Zurich, London, Dublin, Stockholm, Copenhagen...
