Ok, so I am putting my 02 outback sport back on the road after it has been stationary for the past two year (job gave me a truck to drive and i havent had a home....) Anyway, the only thing i didn't like about the handling before was the understeer (pushing) when taking a turn a little too fast....much prefer some oversteer. So I am pretty sure I need to get a new swaybar for the front so that i can get a little oversteer into the system. Anyone have suggestions? what brand/model all of that. I have someone that can help me put it in, so jsut need a kit that has all the parts needed, and a good place to order on from. Thanks.

You have a few options, but an important note is when you are replacing the sways, you also want to get a set of endlinks as well. Kartboy has great offerings in the way of endlinks and I will probably end up running them once I get my sways. Check out Nasioc.com for more info regarding sway bars.
