Rush Limbaugh said:
"Can you imagine if you were her parents how proud...you would be?" he said. "Your daughter ... testifies she's having so much sex she can't afford her own birth control pills and she wants President Obama to provide them, or the Pope."

"What does it say about the college co-ed Susan Fluke [sic] who goes before a congressional committee and essentially says that she must be paid to have sex -- what does that make her? It makes her a slut, right? It makes her a prostitute. She wants to be paid to have sex. She's having so much sex she can't afford the contraception. She wants you and me and the taxpayers to pay her to have sex."
and

Craig Bannister said:
Apparently, four out of every ten co-eds are having so much sex that it's hard to make ends meet if they have to pay for their own contraception, Fluke's research shows.
Do these Republicans really think that the more sex you have, the more birth control pills you have to take? Maybe they think there's different doses based, with "Good Christian girl who might make a mistake" at the low end and "ÜBERSLUT MAXIMUM" as the high-potency stuff?

I personally always take my view on the ethics of birth control from an obese drug addict who has been married multiple times.

How stupid are the people that listen to Limbaugh, really?

Limbaugh isn't dumb enough to believe half the **** he says. He is smart enough to realize there are a lot of people out there that will believe anything he says because they like the idea of his ideology. He can get those morons to do what he wants and get paid in the process.

you need more birth control when yuo have more sex because all the sperm are in there fighting the contraception to kill it so they can reach the egg. just doing the lord's work.

Most college chicks I know/knew who were on the pill were in commited long term relationships. The real whores demanded condoms as teh aids and herpes were more of a concern.

In layman's terms yes.

What's actually happening is that a standard birth control dosage consists of microscopic nanodevils™ sublimated in an athesism-iodide salt that are each assigned to a sperm. Each nanodevil (ND), attacks a sperm cell with a light saber that runs on the power of higher taxes. For a one to one event, each ND kills a sperm cell, and then descends into hell with 0.001^-10 parts of the slut's soul consumed.

So it is true..........more sex equals more birth control. You just can't argue honest to god math. It's just science (not the bad kind of science that says the earth is getting warm, the good kind that makes my F-350 purr)

This is really simple. If health insurance should no longer fund "lifestyle choices," we can simply take treatment of ED, type II diabeetus, liver cancer, lung cancer, mouth/throat cancer, and obesity out of coverage as well. Think of the savings!

The tea-partiers should LOVE that.

I'm actually kind of on board with this. I think in the long term we might come out net-positive. Most tea-baggers and old fart republitards would drop in less than five years, then we just reinstate it all. Sure in the short term there might be some negatives, but hey, can't make an omelet without breaking a couple eggs right?

Proof:

Limbaugh said that he would "happily buy [Sandra Fluke] all the aspirin she wants" to put between her knees in lieu of contraception.
The man definitely knows how pills work. Unless of course he was shoving all that OxyContin up his pee hole.

If you think about it , it makes sense that some conservative republicans wouldn't understand birth control issues. From their experiences having random sex with other men has lead to 0 pregnancies.

If I'm being forced to pay for something I'm morally opposed to, paying for some girl to have sex in college seems far less odious than having to pay for bombs that kill innocent people in the Middle East.

Apparently Rush has apologized. Or, rather he apologized for his "choice of words". So the problem is while he was trying to call her a prostitute, he *actually* called her a prostitute. I guess he thinks it would have been better if he'd called her a "painted lady", or "woman of the night" while demanding videos of her having sex?

58% of women are sexually active by age 18. Every single one of them should be using birth control of some kind unless they are trying to get pregnant.

Rush and Bill are calling more than half of American women "sluts." Of course the other half they're calling "prudes" and harassing via breathy phone-calls.

Is his commentary of this woman not slander? He directly called her a prostitute. I think Rush's atty might have had heart palpitations when he heard the comment. I hope this costs him a lot of money personally.

Advertisers are either canceling or "suspending" their advertising:

ProFlowers
Legal Zoom
Citrix Success
Heart and Body Extract
AutoZone (not sure about this one?)
Quicken Loans
Sleep Train
Sleep Number
Oreck

I wonder if it's going to become like Glenn Beck in the UK, where he had decent ratings but NO advertiser was willing to pony up any cash for advertising on his show.
Fvck all of'em. The only reason they were even advertising there to begin with was BECAUSE he says stupid shlt like that.
