Is his commentary of this woman not slander? He directly called her a prostitute. I think Rush's atty might have had heart palpitations when he heard the comment. I hope this costs him a lot of money personally.
Hard to see how it isn't.

I hope she does sue. I'd imagine she could find an attorney willing to take that one on contingency, given the obese drug addict's formidable assets...

I wonder if she knows any attorneys, what with being a law student and all.

Maybe he's swatted the hive one too many times. One can only hope.

Worth going back to hear Bill Hicks on Limbaugh:

"Still can't get hard, so they call in Barbara Bush..."

Might be NSFW - I don't think any of the seven words are in there though.

Gloria Allred: Rush Limbaugh Should Be Prosecuted For Controversial Comments About Sandra Fluke

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- A high-profile attorney is calling for Rush Limbaugh to be prosecuted for calling a college student a "slut" and a "prostitute" on his radio show.

Gloria Allred sent a letter to the Palm Beach County Attorney's Office saying an obscure defamation statute should be used against Limbaugh. That law says it's a misdemeanor to falsely and maliciously question a woman's chastity.

In an interview Friday, Allred said Limbaugh "should have to bear the consequences of his extremely outrageous" conduct.

Limbaugh lives on Palm Beach and broadcasts his nationally syndicated show from there.

The county attorney's office doesn't handle criminal matters and forwarded the letter to the state attorney for Palm Beach County, who had no immediate comment.

A representative for Limbaugh did not immediately reply to an email seeking comment.

No more Viagra for you.

Nina Turner, Ohio State Senator, Introduces Viagra Bill To Counter Anti-Contraception Legislation

As a member of a heavily male- and GOP-dominated state Senate since 2008, Ohio legislator Nina Turner says she has cringed watching her colleagues pass bill after bill to regulate women's reproductive health. Now, the Democrat has become the latest in a series of female state legislators to give her male colleagues a taste of their own medicine by introducing a bill that limits men's ability to get a Viagra prescription without meeting certain government conditions.
