Personally, I have no problem with this. My issue with polygamy has always been that the women who wind up being involved in such circumstances are always born, raised, and bred in cult like, abusive surroundings. Find me a college educated woman who has spent time away from the home/town she grew up in who is interested in a polygamous marriage, and I'll show you a unicorn.

The church's official stance is that polygamy is wrong and it can get you ex-communicated. The circular logic the church uses to justify Joseph's polygamy can be awfully funny. The primary difference between the "modern" Saint's and the fundamentalist weirdos up in Montana/Canada and down in Arizona is the question of adhering to what Joseph specifically said about Polygamy.
