OK if you think ht's with dc are stupid stop reading now. I have been thinking about puting a dc (170 mm) on my morphine, I am curious if you guys are running 24" or 26" up front with them. I have a 24" in the rear now and 26" up front with a 5" fork now. Ben at unreal recomended a 24" and I also am thinking 24" but on banshees website they say a 26" is alright with 170 mm of travel up front, any guys have any personal expierence? Thnaks guys.

I ran my morphine with a shiver for a while. Had dual 26's. I liked it, problem was i had a small frame. It just wasnt right for me... i shoulda bought the medium. I might have kept it longer. The bike railed in that setup.

The way it's looking I think dual 24"s would be the way to go. I would run dual 26"s but I already have a 24" trail pimp ready to go. One more thing, I haven't had any expirence with dc's, can you adjust the clamps up and down very much on the down tubes? I think I going to run a slider or if money gets tight a jr t. Thanks guys.

hey i have a morphine that i had setup with a boxxer up front(now with a Z150) and if was cool for a while but the only problem is that if you ride urban, park and other thing like that you will hate most DC forks becuase the dampaning is setup for dh and fr only. if you do ride those types of riding i would look at the new Z1 FR's they look really good and they will take and abuse you can sent there way. with the 24" wheel on the rear you will not really like the geo of the bike with a 7"+ fork because the headtube angle is too racked out.

here is a pic of my bike

i have a Z150 on the front and it feels really nice. it feel the best on fr and dh though. that is the problem with a 24" rear wheel, but one thing i will say is that the 24" rear wheel really brings the bike to life. my best sujestion to you is to get a short axle to crown DC or a 6" SC fork. one fork in particular to look at is the new boxxer ride with the u-turn

pm me with more questions

don't get the jr t they just are not worth. the slider on the other had would be one of my top pick for the bike if you really deriser a DC fork. one other fork to look at is the new manitue stance kingpin. they are selling for 450-500 bones on jenson usa. they have 7" of travel, external rebound adj and air asist perload. this fork would be one of my top pick if you plan to do street with if at all. because the air asist will stop the fork from botteming
