While eating bananas, oranges, what have you is still better, I recently 'discovered' MLS, which is half sodium and half potassium. Maybe not quite the same great taste of just sodium salt, it's pretty good.

So if you're looking for a way to get a bit more potassium in your diet, there ya go.

Yup, I've been using this for years now. It's a great salt for athletes. As you stated - more of what we need, and less of what we don't!

If you look at the ingredients many salts actually have a bit of KCl in them too, cool to find an everyday 50/50 one though.

I saw one in a health food store which was practically a multivitamin too. Maybe going a bit too far...
